Whether you’ve been in and out of furlough, have been working from home, are struggling with lockdown or thriving, the challenges that 2020 has thrown at us have been relentless. As we head into a new year, however, here at Morgan Ellis we are determined to make the most of the coming months.
To celebrate the new year and to help you set off on the right foot with us, we’re taking a look back at the steps we’ve taken in the past 12 months to elevate the service we can and are providing to you each and every day.
COVID-Secure And Business As Usual
COVID-19 and every new restriction that has come with it has certainly put the pressure on businesses. From the very beginning, we have been working relentlessly to make sure we can still provide the same level of service to our clients and customers without compromising their health and safety, or the health and safety of our staff and engineers.
Our initial measures included staff working remotely where possible and implementing a new video-based survey and enquiry system, offering FaceTime, Zoom, Skype and other video solutions to offer a personalised experience even from a distance. We were still very much open for business and while construction and manufacturing of our lifts was touch and go for a while, we have been working at full throttle since advice changed. We’re still operating within government guidelines and will adapt our COVID-19 approach accordingly.
Virtual Home Visits
As mentioned previously, we are proud to now be offering virtual home visits for our clients and potential customers for your convenience, ease and safety during the pandemic. Our no-obligation free virtual site surveys offer you a better insight and understanding into the lift that you may want or need for your home and gives us the opportunity to see the space and determine the best fit. These surveys are available for both existing and new or potential clients.
Booking is simple - just get in touch and we will work out the best date, time and method for you. We can offer virtual surveys on most video conferencing and call platforms, including Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, FaceTime and more. All you’ll need is a tape measure, aa pen and paper and a good, solid internet connection.
Our Showroom Is Open!
Call us biased, but we think one of the most exciting things to happen here at Morgan Ellis this year is the opening of our brand new showroom. Situated in the Sky House Design Centre in Beaconsfield, the showroom is designed to showcase the incredible PVE Pneumatic Elevator and give our clients hands-on experience with its luxury before they buy. You can book an appointment with our team to visit, speak to our experts and see this incredible lift for yourself.
